The White Company is seeking a People Partnership professional to provide generalist HR support to our London and South stores and key business partners. You will build strong relationships with Area Managers and store leaders to influence people-centric decisions across Retail and Head Office, with advisory duties across the wider People team.

You will partner with L&D, Talent Acquisition, Communications and Pay & Reward to ensure cohesive people initiatives, while supporting store managers

Qualifications

• Provide generalist HR support to Store Managers and Area Managers across London and South stores.
• Advise on people management and employee relations matters.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence business decisions.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries from store managers and area managers.
• Visit stores regularly to build relationships and provide timely HR support.
• Support Retail in Talent management and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with L&D, TA, Comms, and Pay & Reward teams to align initiatives.
