Job summary

Platinum Search LLC is partnering with a leading UK retail business to recruit an experienced People Partner to join its People team. This broad, hands-on role works with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational people support across Head Office.

You’ll advise on employee relations, performance, talent planning and data-driven people initiatives, while maintaining compliant, commercially-focused practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as People Partner or HRBP in a generalist role.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law.
• Retail, fashion or fast-paced environment experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, commercially focused HR advice to managers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage employee relations matters including conduct, capability and attendance.
• Support performance management and high-performing teams.
• Develop people plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead talent mapping and succession planning across client groups.
• Use engagement and exit data to shape people initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D on recruitment and development.
• Contribute to compensation, reward and benchmarking activities.
• Utilise people data to influence decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
