Via is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner in the United Kingdom to shape key decisions, build capability across the business and lead through complexity.

You will lead a team of People Partners, setting clear expectations and developing a confident, capable and consistent partnering service that the business can rely on. This is a pivotal leadership role with impact across multiple functions and levels.

Formación

• Significant experience managing and developing a team.
• Track record of building capability through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Confidence managing performance, priorities and competing demands.
• Strong strategic people partnering experience.
• Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex people matters and organisational change.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of People Partners.
• Setting clear standards and building consistency and shared accountability across the team.
• Allocating work, managing capacity and ensuring a high-quality partnering service.
• Translating business priorities into strategic people and workforce plans.
• Leading complex employee relations, change and consultation activity.
• Using workforce insight and sound judgement to influence senior decision-making.
