Job summary

Travel Chapter is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and drive the People Strategy across the business. You’ll provide trusted advice, lead complex people initiatives and support growth, change and integration activity in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Reporting to the Head of People Talent and Operations, you’ll take a key role in workforce planning, employee relations and TUPE across acquisitions, while coaching leaders and shaping a positive team

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or 7 or equivalent professional experience, CIPD Level 7 preferred.
• Significant Senior People Business Partner experience in growth or multi-site settings.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations or TUPE transfers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the most senior People Business Partner to senior leaders, providing trusted advice.
• Lead and support activity across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning and onboarding.
• Manage complex employee relations matters in line with employment law and policy.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Support organisational change, acquisitions and TUPE processes.
• Use people data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Embed policies and initiatives across the business.
• Lead People projects that improve the employee experience and business objectives.
• Provide leadership cover for the Head of People Talent and Operations when required.
