North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join its People and Culture Team on a six-month fixed-term basis. You will provide expert advice on complex employee relations, organisational change and workforce challenges, supporting managers and senior leaders.

You will build strong relationships, coach leaders, and ensure professional People services.

Qualifikationen

• Highly developed relevant specialist knowledge at both a theoretical and practical level, to a master's degree level or equivalent experience
• CIPD Qualified at Level 7
• CIPD Membership

Aufgaben

• Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance management.
• Supporting managers through sensitive and challenging cases, including investigations, hearings and appeals.
• Coaching and influencing managers and senior leaders to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
• Advising on employment legislation, organisational change and workforce challenges.
• Building effective relationships with managers, colleagues and trade union representatives.
• Contributing to People policies, projects and service improvements.
• Providing professional guidance and leadership to colleagues within the People Team.
