Job summary

University Hospitals Tees is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to work across the organisation on a fixed-term 12-month basis. The postholder will act as the senior workforce representative, partnering with clinical and corporate leadership to advise on employee relations, absence management, change management, workforce planning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification or equivalent and leadership training are required.
• CIPD level 7 or equivalent is required.
• Experience of supporting complex investigations and ability to influence senior clinicians is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex and sensitive medical workforce employee relations cases.
• Provide specialist advice regarding consultants, SAS doctors, trust-grade doctors and other medical staff.
• Support management of disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, capability and professional conduct processes.
