Job summary

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy People Business Partner to support managers and employees with a comprehensive HR advisory service. The role will empower line managers to deliver good people practices, analyse complex HR issues and balance risk while managing key performance indicators and people metrics across the Trust.

Based at North Tees University Hospital, Stockton, with travel between sites within the broader group.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR policy and employee relations is essential.
• Ability to analyse complex HR issues and provide advisory support.
• Experience in supervising staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational/advisory HR support to managers and staff across the Trust.
• Deputise for the People Business Partner and lead identified programmes of project work.
• Support workforce policy, practice, employment law and terms and conditions.
• Travel between sites within the University Hospitals Tees group as required.
