Job summary

ClearScore is seeking a Senior People Partner to cover maternity leave in London, blending ER, performance, change and People development across the business. You’ll manage live casework from day one and partner with managers to deliver practical, commercially-minded People initiatives.

You’ll hit the ground running in a fast-paced, scaling environment, balancing day-to-day partnership with strategic projects while embracing AI-enabled ways to improve the People experience.

Qualifications

• Significant HR/People experience in a generalist or partner role.
• Proven track record in employee relations and organisational change.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee relations work, including absence, performance, conduct and grievances.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations with confidence and clarity.
• Provide balanced, pragmatic advice aligning employee experience with business needs.
• Ensure consistent and fair People processes across jurisdictions.
• Lead and support organisational change initiatives from planning to implementation.
