Job summary

Airedale Group is seeking a People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to develop strategic people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role involves working closely with leaders and the wider People Team to enhance organizational effectiveness and support change.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, experience with UK employment legislation, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

This full-time position requires 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, and offers an opportunity to influence significant people strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar People Partnering position.
• Extensive knowledge of UK Employment legislation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with leaders to understand business goals and operational priorities.
• Translate business strategy into people and organizational plans.
• Provide advice on employee relations issues and workforce planning.
• Analyze workforce analytics and business metrics for recommendations.
