RSM UK is seeking a People Advisor to join our London office on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. You will provide commercial and premium people service to stakeholder groups across the UK, managing the employee experience from joining to leave and everything in between.

You’ll support the annual bonus and salary review processes, handle employee relations matters, and contribute to wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives, with opportunities to work with the national People Team.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience at People Advisor level in a generalist role.
• Significant experience in performance management and capability processes.
• Experience investigating disciplinary and grievance cases; redudancy/general consultations.
• Ability to liaise with and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice on employee relations activities ensuring compliance and commercial soundness.
• Undertake investigations in relation to grievances, disciplinaries and capability matters.
• Provide guidance on policy applications and help update policies where appropriate.
• Support key stakeholders and line managers to manage their areas of responsibility.
• Assist with annual bonus and salary review processes using market data and guidance.
• Attend and manage appraisal moderation meetings ensuring fair performance grading.
• Conduct exit interviews for senior roles or contentious situations and advise on leave.
