Job summary

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to lead the data side of the People Analytics function. You will partner with HR analytics, translate requirements into robust data products, and drive end-to-end delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires shaping technical strategy, governance and scalable solutions across HR, Finance and IT, guiding a growing function through significant organizational change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, with leadership experience.
• Strong technical skills across SQL, Python, Power BI and Excel.
• Experience working in project-based or consultancy-style delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and governance.”
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with team leadership responsibilities.
