You will manage a team, maintain data quality and governance, and present outputs to senior HR and business stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a data analytics or people analytics role.
• Experience managing or mentoring a technical team.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage and develop the People Analytics team and deliverables.
• Oversee core analytical products such as dashboards (People Dashboard, DE&I Dashboard).
• Work with large HR datasets, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Translate requirements into scalable data solutions and governance standards.
• QA outputs before sharing with HR or business stakeholders.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, presenting data with clarity and confidence.
