Job summary

Howden UK&I is seeking a Data Insights Analyst to join the Data Science & Analytics team. You will analyse data, build reporting solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders to support strategic decisions, with a focus on health insurance market trends.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, BI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams to uncover opportunities, improve customer outcomes, and drive growth through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Proven experience applying statistical and analytical techniques to generate insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
Curiosity to learn about insurance products and business drivers.
Ability to work in fast-paced, hands-on analytics environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions and dashboards for stakeholders.
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and KPIs to inform decisions.
Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing.
Build strong relationships by gathering requirements and incorporating feedback.
Present findings clearly to translate analysis into measurable outcomes.
