Zusammenfassung

Howden Group is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own Workday configuration, support HR tech and drive global HRIS initiatives. You will partner with HR leaders, ensure SLAs, and manage changes and releases across Workday modules.

You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, reporting to the Global HRIS Team Lead in the UK, with responsibilities spanning global HR projects and system integration improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Good knowledge of Recruiting and other Workday modules.
• Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products.
• An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is”.
• Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis.
• Excellent HR experience and knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain the configuration of Workday modules.
• Act as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end users with their requests.
• Partner with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes.
• Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional team discussions and decision-making; communicate impact of changes.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to align with business objectives.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for software quality.
• Coordinate/monitor configuration changes per change management policies.
• Develop project plans with timelines, milestones and resources.
• Regularly update stakeholders on status, risks and issues.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and deploy configurations; develop roadmap for the functional area.
• Support Workday integration with key business systems.
• Lead with best practices and modern trends.
• Maintain accurate employee guidance content.
