Zusammenfassung

Sportradar is seeking a Senior Workday reporting professional in the United Kingdom to own the end-to-end reporting and analytics landscape. You will shape what is measured, how it is delivered, and how Workday data integrates with Power BI and other systems.

You will build scalable reporting foundations, enable self-service for stakeholders, and drive AI-ready data governance across HR, Finance and leadership teams.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in Workday reporting including Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports.
• Experience building Power BI reports and data models with multiple data sources.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance and business stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own reporting strategy and drive metrics that matter to leadership.
• Design, build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards including calculated fields.
• Develop Discovery Boards and People Analytics content to drive adoption.
• Enable self-service analytics by training stakeholders to access self-serve reports.
• Ensure cross-system data flows between Workday and other systems.
• Lay data foundations enabling AI tooling on well-governed data.
• Automate recurring reporting and BAU requests to improve delivery.
