Job summary

Coreteam seeks a senior Workday Reporting and Analytics specialist to own the reporting strategy behind a new global Workday data model. You will shape governance, ensure early integration of reporting into the transformation and partner with HR, data and tech teams to deliver trusted insights.

You will collaborate to define reporting standards, leverage Workday Prism, Discovery Boards and Visier, and guide security-conscious access across stakeholders at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday reporting and analytics experience within global environments.
• Experience redesigning reporting architecture alongside a Workday data model or major transformation.
• Deep knowledge of Advanced Reporting, Report Writer, calculated fields, BIRT, Discovery Boards and Workday Prism.
• Good understanding of Workday security and reporting access controls.
• Ability to decide between standard vs. custom reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism or external analytics.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and technical teams to validate deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the global reporting and analytics strategy across the new Workday data model.
• Audit existing reporting; decide what to retain, redesign, replace or retire.
• Shape future-state reporting requirements across HR and broader functions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Migration Lead to identify reporting impacts early.
• Own data validation to ensure accurate business insights.
• Guide use of Workday reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism and Visier.
