About the Role

Frazer Jones is partnering with a globally renowned consultancy based in central London. They are seeking a Senior People Analyst on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role has an international scope and involves solving complex problems to support effective people-related decisions through data management, MI collection, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with in-house and consulting teams to source, manage, and analyze data
  2. Present insights through analytics to stakeholders at all levels
  3. Streamline processes and ensure effective data collection and security
  4. Support employee compensation processes
  5. Develop, implement, and adopt AI and reporting tools
  6. Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to present data insights
  7. Contribute to the annual people survey
  8. Collaborate and provide guidance to team members
Candidate Requirements
  • Available on short notice and willing to commit to a one-year contract
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR/People Analytics
  • Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Solutions-oriented with project management skills
  • Experience working in international and matrix environments
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
