We’re now in 28 markets and have an ambitious team of 700 that’s rapidly expanding across the globe. Our tech platform connects 3,000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

Purpose of the Role

This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

What this role is responsible for
  • The Global People and Performance Advisor will support the overall People Team in a broad range of tasks and handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
What success looks like
  • Supporting and advising Crimson employees with day-to-day people queries.
  • Providing project management support for Crimson’s People programs.
  • Drafting and coordinating contractual paperwork for new employees and contractors globally.
  • Supporting people leaders across the full spectrum, including performance management, employment relations, role changes, onboarding, leavers, engagement, KPIs, and remuneration.
  • Leading the recruitment portfolio within the People team, including drafting job descriptions, posting roles, sourcing candidates, screening, and reference checks.
  • Proactively improving employment brand and people processes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.
  • Supporting the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems.
  • Maintaining HR data integrity.
How you’ll know you’re crushing it
  • Employee engagement score above 80% per quarter/bi-annually.
  • Performance of new hires at 40%.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback.
