East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an HR Solutions advisor to deliver first-line and advisory HR guidance across the Trust. You will support managers and staff by applying HR policies consistently, managing casework, and contributing to policy development.

Competenze

• Proven experience advising on HR policies and procedures.
• Experience managing employee relations casework.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a complex, unionised environment is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide advice and guidance on a full suite of HR policies and procedures to managers and colleagues across the Trust.
• Efficient management of an employee relations caseload, including timely updates on CaseworkER and policy timeframes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Solutions offering.
• Update and review HR policies and supporting documentation to ensure thorough implementation and embedding.
