Job summary

Oxfordshire Pension Fund is seeking a Senior Member Services Officer to deliver high‑quality LGPS pension administration for members and employers. You will act as a technical specialist, leading on complex cases, guiding colleagues, and ensuring accurate benefit calculations.

You will contribute to service improvements, support system changes, and maintain exceptional customer service, compliance, and accuracy in a collaborative, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced pensions professional with strong LGPS knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to interpret pension regulations and handle complex, sensitive cases.
• Proven coaching and mentoring skills to support colleagues.
