Job summary

Isio in Reading/London offers a Senior Analyst role within the Calculations & Benefits team, delivering the Pensions Dashboard programme and bespoke calculation solutions. You will maintain technical benefit specifications, support onboarding of new schemes, and supervise testing, controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of UK DB pension schemes.
• Ability to interpret scheme rules and produce technical benefit specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience of technical implementation and scheme onboarding.
• Strong testing and QA skills including planning and defect management.
• Attention to detail with risk, governance and audit awareness.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple schemes.
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across administration, systems, project and client teams.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise technical Pensions Dashboard activity across multiple schemes.
• Ensure changes, data rectification and GMP updates are reflected in benefit specifications ahead of annual values refreshes.
• Develop and maintain bespoke technical calculations and Excel solutions.
• Interpret scheme rules and translate complex benefits into technical requirements.
• Oversee testing, QA, risks, controls and technical documentation.
• Support onboarding and connection of new administration clients to the Pensions Dashboard.
• Coordinate stakeholders and improve delivery processes.
