Job summary

Isio, a leading pensions and employee benefits advisory firm, is seeking a Calculations & Benefits Analyst for its Reading-based team. The role supports the Pensions Dashboards programme, GMPe and onboarding, delivering accurate technical calculation solutions across multiple streams with a hybrid working pattern across UK offices.

You will work with Admin Systems and BAU teams, liaising with Isio stakeholders and third parties to ensure timely, compliant delivery and knowledge sharing across

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK DB pension schemes and rules.
• Understanding of complex pension benefit calculations.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Pensions Dashboards activities and bespoke calculation projects to meet priorities and regulatory deadlines.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, respond to queries and provide progress updates.
• Ensure changes to scheme benefits are reflected in the benefit specifications.
• Apply pensions knowledge to deliver accurate technical solutions.
• Support connection of new administration clients to the Pensions Dashboard.
• Follow operational processes, procedures and controls.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues to deliver effective solutions.
