Zusammenfassung

Isio is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Calculations & Benefits team within the Pension Administration service line. The role supports delivery of technical pensions workstreams, including the Pensions Dashboard programme, GMPe and client onboarding, by maintaining up-to-date benefit specifications and designing bespoke calculation solutions.

The focus will initially be on Pensions Dashboard, aligned with regulatory dashboard refresh needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience interpreting scheme rules to produce technical benefit specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with understanding of risk, controls, governance and audit requirements.
• Experience with technical onboarding and scheme onboarding.
• Testing, QA, and defect management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple schemes and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead Pensions Dashboard activity across multiple schemes.
• Reflect changes, data rectification and GMP equalisation in benefit specifications before value refreshes.
• Develop and maintain bespoke technical calculations and Excel solutions.
• Interpret scheme rules into accurate technical requirements.
• Oversee testing, QA, risks, controls and technical documentation.
• Support onboarding and connection of new administration clients to the Pensions Dashboard.
• Coordinate stakeholders, provide technical guidance and improve delivery processes.
