Job summary

Isio is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join the Calculations & Benefits team within Pension Administration. The role focuses on delivering technical pension workstreams, including the Pensions Dashboard, GMPe, and onboarding of new schemes.

You will develop bespoke calculation solutions and maintain benefit specifications, with responsibilities spanning testing, governance, and stakeholder guidance. The role offers hybrid working from multiple UK city centre offices (Reading, Birmingham,

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of UK DB pension schemes and calculation methodologies.
• Experience interpreting scheme rules and producing technical benefit specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data investigation focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise technical Pensions Dashboard activity across multiple schemes.
• Ensure scheme changes and GMP equalisation updates are reflected in benefit specifications.
• Develop and maintain bespoke technical calculations and Excel solutions.
• Interpret scheme rules and translate benefits into technical requirements.
• Oversee testing, QA, risks, controls and technical documentation.
• Support onboarding and connection of new administration clients to the Pensions Dashboard.
• Coordinate stakeholders and improve delivery processes.
