Job summary

Isio seeks a Senior Analyst in the Calculations & Benefits team within the Pension Administration service line. You will lead Pensions Dashboard activity, develop bespoke calculations and oversee onboarding while coordinating across Isio and external partners.

The role includes some team management and can be based in multiple city centres with a hybrid workstyle. You will interpret scheme rules, maintain benefit specifications, and ensure accuracy ahead of annual value refreshes.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of UK DB pension schemes and calculation methodologies.
• Ability to interpret scheme rules and produce clear technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data issues.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing complex Excel calculations.
• Experience of technical implementation and scheme onboarding.
• Strong testing, QA, risk and control understanding.
• Attention to detail with governance and audit awareness.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple schemes.
• Strong stakeholder-management and clear technical communication.
• Collaborative work across administration, systems, project and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise technical Pensions Dashboard activity across multiple schemes.
• Ensure changes, data rectification and GMP updates are reflected in benefit specifications.
• Develop and maintain bespoke technical calculations and Excel solutions.
• Interpret scheme rules and translate complex benefits into technical requirements.
• Oversee testing, QA, risks, controls and technical documentation.
• Support onboarding and connection of new administration clients to the Pensions Dashboard.
• Coordinate stakeholders, provide technical guidance and improve delivery processes.
