WTW is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator for our Outsourcing line, based in Redhill with hybrid working. You will handle advanced calculations for complex DB and DC schemes, mentor juniors, and ensure high-quality client service across a varied portfolio.

You will use pension expertise, governance knowledge, and team collaboration to meet targets, improve processes, and support senior leadership in delivering accurate, timely responses to client queries.

Qualifications

• DB experience essential in pension administration.
• Experience with Retirements, Transfers and Deaths.
• Knowledge of pensions legislation and regulations.
• Ability to handle high volumes with accuracy.
• Excellent Excel and Word skills.
• Experience of coaching and supporting colleagues.
• Hybrid/multi-site team experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process complex pension calculations and queries for DB/DC schemes.
• Mentor junior colleagues and check their work.
• Escalate technical issues and handle non-standard cases.
• Apply pension legislation knowledge and WTW procedures.
• Support Team Leader to meet SLAs and coordinate workload.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client service.
• Participate in complex or project-based work when required.
