Gallagher is seeking an experienced Principal Pensions Administrator to oversee a portfolio of occupational pension schemes including DB, DC, and Hybrid. You will ensure accurate calculations, manage caseloads, and draft client communications while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, clear stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to payrolls and cashflows. Collaboration with Client Executives and other teams is central to delivering accurate pensions

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' DB pension administration experience.
• Pursuing CPC qualification or completed.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data processing accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and oversee a portfolio of pension schemes, ensuring tasks and calculations are accurate and completed on time.
• Allocate cases and review both automated and manual calculations.
• Draft and review correspondence, reports, and manage pensioner payrolls.
• Provide guidance and training to pensions administrators and senior pensions administrators.
• Support the Client Executive team and attend client meetings or pitches when required.
• Liaise with scheme members via email, phone, and letters with clear communication.
• Manage cashflows, investments, disinvestments, and invoices.
• Collaborate with team members and build relationships with supporting teams.
• Assist the Team Leader and deputise when needed.
