Willis Towers Watson plc in Redhill seeks a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing team in hybrid mode. You will handle advanced calculations and complex pension schemes (DB/DC), mentor junior colleagues, and help ensure high-quality service to a prestigious client portfolio.

The role requires DB experience, knowledge of pension legislation, and the ability to manage high volumes with accuracy. Strong data accuracy and collaboration across sites are essential.

Formación

• Experience in occupational pension administration, with DB experience essential.
• Knowledge of pensions legislation and regulations and applying them in administration.
• Ability to follow procedural documentation and check others' work accurately.
• Capable of handling high volumes while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately processes and manages complex pensions calculations and queries across DB and/or DC schemes.
• Manage own workload and contribute to team workload, maintaining high-quality service.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, providing feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate across sites in a hybrid/multi-site team; support process improvements.
