Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Redhill seeks a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their pension payroll team on a hybrid basis. You will oversee payroll administration, ensuring pensioners are paid accurately and on time and handle related payroll tasks.

Key duties include reviewing amendments, processing payrolls, issuing payslips and P60s, managing deductions, and mentoring junior colleagues while maintaining client documents and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration is essential.
• Experience with pension payrolls is advantageous.
• Proficient keyboard input and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage junior colleagues and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check/authorize payroll amendments and processing using casework.
• Ensure payslips, P60s and deductions are handled accurately.
• Mentor junior colleagues and manage complex/non-UK payroll tasks.
• Maintain client documents and monitor service levels.
• Escalate issues to the Payroll Team Leader and seek improvements.
