Interactive Investor is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator for Pension Servicing in Leeds. You will deliver accurate pension servicing, support complex queries, and ensure timely work alongside the Team Manager. This role requires strong governance awareness, quality checks, and leadership support.

The position emphasizes customer-focused service, risk management, and adherence to regulatory requirements within a financial-services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in pension servicing or similar financial-services operations.
• Ability to manage complex queries and escalation processes.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Categorise and manage mailboxes; prioritise and progress pension servicing work.
• Daily workflow management and unbiased distribution of third‑party work.
• Support governance by raising risks and monitoring SLAs.
• Lead QC activities and maintain QA records; support training.
• Act as deputy Team Manager and provide day‑to‑day leadership.
