Job summary

Referment in London is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to be the first line of response to adviser and client queries relating to ISAs and pensions. You will handle high-volume daily pension administration tasks, respond promptly by email, and manage complex cases with authority.

You will submit HMRC pension and ISA reporting, translate HMRC and FCA rules into compliant processes, and work with the engineering team to automate pension administration on the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK pensions, ISAs, and GIA accounts.
• Proven experience in pension regulatory reporting (HMRC, ISA reports).
• Ability to translate HMRC/FCA rules into compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume daily pension administration tasks and email responses.
• Handle technical queries from advisers by telephone with professional responses.
• Submit HMRC pension and ISA reporting and annual submissions.
• Collaborate with engineering to automate pension administration.
