WTW is seeking an entry-level Pension Administrator in the Leeds area. The role involves administering occupational pension schemes and insurance policies, processing new joiners, leavers, retirees and calculating benefits.

Full training is provided, followed by a six-month development programme. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid working model with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to follow procedural documentation.
• Proactive time management to meet targets.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel for basic and advanced calculations.
• Experience working in a busy team environment.
• Desire to learn and start a career in pensions.
• Experience using Word to produce letters to members.

Responsibilities

• Process cases for members across pension schemes and insurance policies.
• Respond to queries via telephone, letter and email with high-quality service.
• Meet daily output targets within SLAs and Right First Time standards.
• Develop knowledge across different case types through training and knowledge-sharing.
• Escalate problems and complaints to enable quick resolution.
• Identify areas for service improvement and communicate recommendations.
• Maintain working knowledge of pensions regulations and legislation.
