Job summary
ZeroAvia Inc. is seeking a Fuel Cell Systems Engineer to transform fuel cell technology into a certifiable aerospace product. You will work across architecture, requirements, interfaces and validation to bridge components to aircraft-level integration.
Responsibilities include leading supplier management for LTPEM systems, acting as technical expert, supporting test teams, and maintaining documentation and compliance evidence for safety‑critical propulsion systems.
Qualifications
- Understanding PEM fuel cell electrochemistry and operating principles.
- Experience integrating PEM fuel cell stacks into aerospace systems.
- Experience analysing PEM fuel cell test data for health and degradation trends.
- Experience developing and managing aerospace system requirements.
- Experience applying operational/functional analysis to fuel cell systems.
- Experience using LabVIEW, Polarion and DIAdem.
- Expertise with ARP4754B requirements processes.
- Experience with Teamcenter PLM or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead supplier management and development for LTPEM fuel cell systems.
- Serve as technical expert for LTPEM fuel cells and interfaces.
- Support test teams in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
- Own fuel cell system documentation and compliance evidence.
