Job summary

ZeroAvia in Kemble, United Kingdom, is pioneering hydrogen-electric propulsion for civil and defence aviation. The Fuel Cell Stack Engineer will be the technical authority for LTPEM stacks, driving performance, durability and integration readiness while partnering with suppliers, test teams and cross-functional engineering groups.

You will lead supplier development, support design reviews for stack interfaces, and guide test activities to diagnose and resolve performance issues.

Qualifications

Deep PEM fuel cell stack expertise including electrochemistry and degradation mechanisms.
Experience integrating fuel cell stacks into aerospace or other safety-critical systems.
Strong capability in fuel cell testing, data analysis, and durability trends.
Experience managing technical requirements, interfaces, and compliance docs.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier management for LTPEM fuel cell stack programmes.
Act as technical expert for LTPEM stack and interface designs.
Support test teams in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
Maintain stack equipment documentation and compliance evidence.
