ZeroAvia, a leader in hydrogen-electric propulsion, is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to drive architecture, requirements, and IVVQ activities across certification programs. You will coordinate internal teams and suppliers to deliver compliant, certifiable propulsion systems for zero-emission aviation.

The role requires 8+ years in aerospace systems engineering, strong leadership, and deep ARP/DO- qualification knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years aerospace systems engineering on certified aircraft or propulsion programmes.
• Strong technical leadership in architecture, requirements and verification.
• ARP4754B/ARP4761/A, DO-178C/DO-254/DO-160G processes familiarity.
• Experience managing suppliers; Polarion familiarity advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead systems engineering across architecture, requirements, integration, IVVQ, ensuring compliant lifecycle data.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, interfaces, configuration items, and end-to-end traceability.
• Own verification and qualification planning, approving test strategies, specifications, results and evidence.
• Provide technical leadership to internal teams, suppliers and customers, including requirements flow-down and test witnessing.
• Collaborate with certification, safety and airworthiness teams to support certified product development per ARP4754B/ARP4761.
