Matchtech is seeking a Senior Fuel Cell Systems Engineer for a contract role to support the development of hydrogen-electric propulsion systems in aerospace. Qualifications

• Extensive systems engineering experience in aerospace or safety-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of PEM fuel cells, operating principles and performance drivers.
• Experience integrating PEM stacks into complex systems and interfacing with SBO/BoP.
• Ability to develop and manage aerospace hardware requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze PEM fuel cell test data and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier management and development activities for LTPEM fuel cell systems.
• Act as technical expert for LTPEM fuel cells and support design reviews.
• Support test teams during development and validation testing.
• Own and maintain fuel cell system documentation and requirements.
• Apply systems engineering principles to fuel cell and propulsion systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and programme stakeholders.
