Zusammenfassung

ZeroAvia is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to drive the development and certification of hydrogen‑electric propulsion systems. You will steer architecture, requirements engineering, and IVVQ activities while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver a safe, certifiable aviation technology.

The role demands deep ARP4754B knowledge, DO-178C/254/160G awareness, and hands-on leadership across architecture, requirements, and testing in a propulsion programme environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years aerospace systems engineering experience on certified aircraft or propulsion programmes.
• Strong leadership in system architecture, requirements, and system-level verification & validation.
• Familiarity with ARP4754B and DO-178C/DO-254/DO-160G processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead systems engineering across architecture, requirements, IVVQ and lifecycle data delivery.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, interfaces, and end-to-end traceability.
• Own verification planning, approve test strategies, specs, results and evidence.
• Provide technical leadership to internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Collaborate with certification, safety, and airworthiness teams to support certified product development.
