Qualifications

• Experience in governance and compliance for primary care networks and federations.
• Ability to develop, document and implement policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support practices to achieve high standards of governance and readiness for inspections.
• Identify required policies, documentation and record-keeping.
• Produce common policies and documentation for practices to adopt if they wish.
• Support with best practice in record keeping and training as required.
• Review compliance processes including health and safety, mandatory training, risk management and infection prevention.
• Assist with governance software implementation and data protection obligations.
• Ensure GDPR requirements are met and data sharing agreements are in place.
