Job summary

Dorking Healthcare Ltd. (DHC) seeks a PCN Governance & Compliance Officer to join the dynamic governance team at Holmhurst Medical Centre, Redhill.

You will work with DHC Federation GP Practices and PCNs to ensure high standards of governance, compliance and support for CQC inspections. The role involves defining governance processes, developing policies, and maintaining systems for effective governance across the federation.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and compliance within healthcare.
• Knowledge of CQC inspections and governance frameworks.
• Ability to develop and implement governance policies and SOPs.
• Strong collaboration with multiple practices and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and readiness for CQC inspections across DHC practices and PCNs.
• Produce common governance policies and documentation for adoption.
• Review compliance in practices, including safety, training and risk management.
• Support delivery and maintenance of clinical governance software.
• Assist investigations, incidents, complaints handling and GDPR considerations.
• Travel between Holmhurst Medical Centre, Redhill and other DHC sites as needed.
