Job summary

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Manager to lead the governance and membership team and support the Board, governors and senior leaders. You will develop and implement governance frameworks, ensure statutory compliance and provide practical guidance across the organisation.

The role involves coordinating with the Assistant Director of Corporate Governance, delivering training, maintaining records and contributing to continuous service

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with CPD in corporate governance.
• ICSA qualification in Health Service Governance or equivalent.
• Experience working with a Board or governing body.
• Experience in minute taking and governance administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the corporate governance and membership team.
• Oversee governance support for the Board, Board Committees and Governors.
• Develop, maintain and improve governance processes, templates and toolkits.
• Support compliance with Constitution, Standing Orders and regulatory requirements.
• Provide governance training and guidance to staff across the Trust.
• Deputise for the Assistant Director of Corporate Governance as required.
