Job summary

Voyage Care in the United Kingdom seeks a Female Positive Behaviour Support Practice Leader to reinforce PBS across services, supporting colleagues and improving outcomes for the people we support. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work with managers, PBS Practitioners and frontline teams to embed trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.
