Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practice Leader to influence practice, support colleagues and improve outcomes for the people we support. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible in services and making a real difference, with opportunities for development and progression within a leading care

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values‑led approach.

Responsibilities

• Embed Positive Behaviour Support and trauma‑informed practice across services.
• Coach colleagues, support PBS plans and help teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support.
• Lead by example, working with managers and frontline teams to improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.
