Job summary

Navantia UK is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end monthly payroll delivery across the UK. You will drive data integration between Time & Attendance systems and payroll, automate legacy Excel processes, and ensure compliance with UK/NI legislation while supporting expatriate payroll where applicable.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience, CIPP accreditation, and a track record of managing both white- and blue-collar workforces across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• CIPP qualification or equivalent payroll accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years end-to-end monthly payroll delivery in multi-site UK.
• Experience with both white-collar and blue-collar workforces.
• Experience with expatriate payroll is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of UK and NI payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payrolls across UK sites.
• Reconcile and import timesheets, overtime, and allowances.
• Calculate statutory payments and deductions under UK/NI laws.
• Support expatriate payroll requirements.
• Handle starters, leavers, off-cycle adjustments, P45s and P60s.
• Submit statutory returns to HMRC, DWP, RTI filings.
