Job summary

High Profile Resourcing Ltd seeks a Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll operation for a national, multi-site workforce. The role is home-based with occasional travel to UK sites, managing varied pay groups and complex inputs while ensuring statutory compliance and data integrity.

You will work closely with HR and Finance, use Moorepay as the core platform, and lead year-end activities with strong audit trails and controls.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on UK payroll experience with multi-site exposure.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, RTI, and UK payroll legislation.
• Ability to produce payroll journals and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete payroll cycle from data collection to post-payroll reconciliation.
• Maintain payroll calendar, cut-off timetable and control framework.
• Ensure accurate HMRC submissions and compliance with statutory payments.
