Reed is recruiting a Senior Payroll Analyst in Leicester with hybrid working. You will own end-to-end payroll across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while working with external providers.

You will support complex payroll cases, deliver reports, and partner with HR and Finance on projects. The ideal candidate has significant UK payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll legislation, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Significant payroll experience in medium to large organisations (UK & Ireland).
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party payroll providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities across multiple sites.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers and service partners.
• Support complex payroll cases and employee enquiries.

• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support audits, controls and compliance activities.
• Act as a senior member, providing guidance to colleagues.
