Job summary

PropRec in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Head of UK Payroll to lead a dedicated payroll team and ensure accurate, compliant UK payroll delivery. The role offers hybrid working, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 volunteering days per year, with standard hours from 9:00 to 17:30 or 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, stay compliant with UK regulation, optimise systems, and collaborate with HR and Finance to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading UK payroll teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation and tax rules.
• Experience implementing payroll systems and process improvements.
