Zusammenfassung

Vinted is seeking a Senior Manager Payments Partnerships to own and optimize Vinted Pay's external partner ecosystem across Banks, Processors, Payout providers and identity/verification partners. You will drive commercial negotiations, cost efficiencies and product enhancements across the transaction lifecycle.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of acquiring rails, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Engineering and Legal to build

Qualifikationen

• Experience in payments partnership management or payments business development within a marketplace or fintech.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, card networks, and acquiring rails.
• Proven ability to structure complex commercial agreements and negotiate with financial institutions.
• Excellent collaboration with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Product teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end partner stack for Vinted Pay and Marketplace partnerships.
• Architect a multi-provider operating model with best-in-class commercial terms.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, enforce SLAs and drive performance targets.
• Evaluate new payment rails to expand conversion and localize buyer checkout.
• Maximize authorisation rates using market mechanics and cost optimization.
• Build business cases delivering measurable revenue, GMV and cost savings.
