Vinted Group is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager for Payments & Commercial to own detailed financial modelling behind payments economics, build business cases for growth, and translate analyses into executive narratives. You will partner with the Commercial Director, CFO, and FP&A, embedded with the Business & Commercial team, shaping key commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments or fintech, with fluency in cost stack (interchange, scheme fees, acquiring, FX).
• Strong understanding of commercial modelling and trusted models.
• Experience in a fast-growing, matrix organisation with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial modelling behind payments and commercial economics (vendor terms, PSP fees, card scheme costs).
• Build the financial impact for business cases deciding next steps for Vinted Pay.
• Model EMI licence options and implications with partners.
• Act as the Commercial Director’s finance right hand and translate negotiations into numbers.
• Translate analysis into decision-ready slides and stories for execs and the board.
• Quantify impact before and after the fact and track outcomes.
