Progroup Recruitment Limited is seeking a Passive Fire Technical & Compliance Manager based in the North West/North Wales region. The role leads technical certification on site, trains operatives, specifies products, and owns the paperwork and compliance process end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will have BM TRADA and FIRAS knowledge, fire door experience, and eligibility for BPSS and SC clearance, with a full UK driving licence.

Competenze

• Senior supervisor/manager experience within passive fire protection — essential.

Mansioni

• Act as on-site technical lead and certifier for compartmentation and fire stopping works.
• Carry out surveys and specify appropriate products for installation.
• Instruct and train operatives on fire stopping requirements and standards.
• Sign off and certify completed compartmentation and fire stopping works.
• Manage installs and maintain spreadsheet-based compartmentation records.
• Oversee full compliance documentation including survey records and handover packs.
