DF Services (Fire Protection) Ltd is seeking a Passive Fire Operations Manager to lead on-site delivery of passive fire protection and firestopping projects from Hessle, East Yorkshire. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, site teams and client liaison to ensure compliant compartmentation solutions are delivered on time and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in passive fire protection, firestopping, or related construction operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations and standards.
• Proven operations or project management skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple firestopping projects from inception through to completion.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the passive fire protection sector.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, housing associations, local authorities, and commercial clients.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and tender submissions.
• Plan resources, labour, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and meet client expectations.
• Conduct site visits and progress meetings with clients and site teams.
• Resolve project issues efficiently while maintaining quality and programme.
